At ROLL Recovery, we work hard to get your order out quickly so you can get back to feeling your best.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Henderson, Nevada.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and destination. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Typical delivery estimates:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select®: 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day
Please note that transit times begin after order processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Orders
International shipping availability, duties, taxes, and transit times vary by destination. Any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
