Returns, Exchanges and Repairs
EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer a no-hassle exchange policy.
For exchanges, please use your customer account to initiate an exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please initiate the return by using your customer account.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Orders
Sales are final for International orders (orders outside the USA). For special circumstances contact us at info@rollrecovery.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rollrecovery.com.
REPAIRS
For questions on repairs and instructions on how to repair your unit, please email info@rollrecovery.com. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. If you notice something you think is in need of repair or you would like us to take a look at it, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the Repairs Form and include with the item. Please describe in detail what you think is in need of repair.
2. Mail your repair to:

3. Once your package is delivered to us, we will inspect your product in great detail and if possible, fix the item and send back you. If your item is unrepairable, we will email you the feedback and send your item back to you.
