Returns
We offer a 30-day from time of purchase return policy for all products excluding R8 Custom. We want you to love everything you purchase from ROLL Recovery and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us "Like New Condition" within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product. Items marked final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it.
15% Handling and Restocking Fee
For items returned not in original packaging, there will be a 15% handling fee. Returns after 30-days will not be accepted.
1. Download the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and include with the return.
2. Mail your return to:

Boulder, CO 80301 *Note, products purchased from other retailers will not be accepted.
3. Once your return is received and checked you’ll be refunded the full purchase price (not including optional shipping charges). Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international customers due to the shipping time and cost.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for orders returned if conditions above are not met.
Repairs
For questions on repairs and instructions on how to repair your unit, please email info@rollrecovery.com. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products. If you notice something you think is in need of repair or you would like us to take a look at it, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and include with the item. Please describe in detail what you think is in need of repair.
2. Mail your return to:

3. Once your package is delivered to us, we will inspect your product in great detail and if possible, fix the item and send back you. If your item is unrepairable, we will email you the feedback and send your item back to you.
