"Match.com!"Favorite place to run together?
"Betasso Preserve - It's less than two miles from our house and the dirt trails are a great place to get in a lot of miles on hilly, challenging surfaces yet able to fully enjoy a sunrise or sunset!"What's your recovery routine?
"We love making healthy and fun dinners together as nutrition is important for recovery. Our favorite is nachos - piled high with spinach, avocados, jalapenos, onions and smoked chicken! Other than that, we do self massage most nights and rub each other frequently too."When do you usually stretch?
"Dynamic flexibility before hard workouts and a little stretching after a run."Why do you use the StretchMat?
"After runs, especially on a place like Betasso that have trails and need a soft mat to stretch out on."What benefit do you personally see from using the StretchMat?
"A comfy place to spraul out on after running."What types of runs do you use the Altra Running Escalante for?
"I've used the Escalante for every time of run - treadmill, trails, tempo runs, long runs,.. It's a great shoe with the ideal amount of support for a lightweight shoe. We both have said separately how the upper fits like a glove, it's smooth!"What do you like/dislike about that Escalante?
"Said above - nothing to dislike although the Superior and the Lone Peak are excellent trail shoes for more rough trails or snowy conditions."What’s your go to Altra Running shoe? Why?
"We both love the Escalante as an everyday shoe, but we go to the One 2.5 for an even more lightweight racing shoe that has us winning races and setting PRs!"
