İt is the best before

İt is the best before / after helper for spor activities. I use r8 for my legs . Cyclist must use it for better performans and quick healing. Shipping is faster. 2 days to Turkey! Packaging is very good. I recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and useful massage tool.

Super w/ the Super Deep Attachment + One Concern

Years ago I tested a R8 at my local running store. I fell in love with the deep massage. The fact that I didn't have to lay on the floor and fuss with a foam roller was also a huge plus for me. s my IT band. If you are looking for a deeper massage, you need to buy the Super Deep attachment. Otherwise, the default one won't get as deep as you like. One missed opportunity is the R8 should be made out of aluminum for its current price point. I feel the technical plastic might break. The warranty is only one year which is a major let down too. Still I give 5 stars and I'm hoping my new R8 lasts a lifetime. I paid approximately $157 for both the roller and the Super Deep attachment and purchased directly from Roll Recovery. Read Less

Over Training is Finished

I had all OT symptoms. Lack of sleep, constantly tired, involuntary muscle movement , etc. With R8 I’ve solve mostly this problem and I’m getting better. I use it almost every day. Great device !
