You wouldn’t normally think of mats and innovation together in the same sentence. And that’s why all the mats in the world look the same; long and narrow sticky rectangles. We thought about what we’d want in a perfect world for a stretching mat. It would have to be wide so you can spread out, look amazing on your living room floor, be mobile enough to take it to the gym, (fun fact: did you know mats at the gym contain the most amount of bacteria? Eew!), be used not only indoors but outdoors and have a soft surface you can spin and move freely on. Well, good news, the world is perfect! After countless shapes, patterns, materials and prototypes, the StretchMat was born. Materials
The StretchMat features a 3-layered design. The top surface is a soft, woven polyester making it easy to move, spin and stretch. The middle contains a 5mm layer of high dense foam for comfort. The bottom is slightly grippy, water-proof material for use on any surface, indoors or out. Snow, mud, wet grass? No prob.
