The Montaño Family came to visit our HQ and of course we had to ask Alysia to share her recovery routine. As a mother of two with a diastasis recti, she has some really great tips to help loosen up the psoas, hip flexor, tensor fasciae latae pre and post run.
“I put the R8 over my thigh and roll it up. Get it over my glute muscle cuz it’s real strong (my power pack) and once I roll it over that I literally just sit on my soas with a nice, light roll and it feel really, really good.”
